Core Client Offering: Managing US transactions and investments in UK and EU Companies; helping SMEs to trade with, expand to and operate in the USA. Jonathan has nearly 20 years worth of experience in legal practice.

Jonathan is both a US New York Attorney and UK English qualified lawyer. He has previously worked for recognisable companies including Goldman Sachs, Rayner Rowe LLP and Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP (formerly Chadbourne & Parke LLP) where he specialised in private equity, venture capital and mergers & acquisitions. Jonathan is located in London, UK but due to his US legal practice, he spends a great deal of time in the US and Israel, where he advises clients on both UK and US legal matters.

Jonathan is one of only a few US-qualified lawyers who offers USA Legal Advice from his office in the UK. Prior to embarking on his legal career, Jonathan was part of a band and gigged across the UK and New York.
